These mats are manufactured in line with relevant IJF technical specifications. That describes how they are built; it is not an IJF approval, certification, or homologation claim (Crosste has not applied for official IJF certification). Weight per mat, container loading and any warranty terms depend on the configuration, so we state them in your written quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity for standard judo mats. Whether you need a few mats for a training club or a bulk order for distribution, we can accommodate your requirements. Custom colors require a minimum order of 100 mats (200 m²).

How are judo mats shipped?

Judo mats are stacked on pallets and wrapped with protective XPE foam and waterproof film to help prevent damage and moisture exposure during transit. Small orders can be shipped by express or air freight, while bulk orders are typically transported by sea for better cost efficiency.

What thickness do I need for different ages and levels?

For most judo clubs and training facilities, 4–5 cm mats are a practical choice for regular throws and groundwork. Thicker 6 cm mats are available for competition areas and more demanding training environments, while 2–3 cm mats are better suited to lighter-impact activities. Foam density and the type of floor beneath the mats are also important when selecting the right thickness.
