Custom Karate Gi for Dojos, Teams & Brands

Crosste Sports Goods Factory builds custom karate uniforms for dojos, clubs, tournament teams and brands under OEM, ODM and private label. Because we also make the mats your students train on, you can source uniforms and flooring from one factory under one quotation. Prefer a ready model first? See our standard poly-cotton karate gi.

Fit & Sizing

Send a size chart or measurements with your inquiry, split by group if you are outfitting a whole dojo or team. We quote against the sizes you list. Raise any special fit needs early so they are priced and checked on the sample, not discovered after production. If you are working to a federation rulebook, send the dimensions and we will confirm what we can match. We do not claim federation approval for any gi.

Logos, Labels & Packaging

Choose the decoration per placement: printed marks for graphics, embossed or debossed marks for a subtle look, and labels or patches for a stitched-on finish. Brands can add private-label tags and branded packaging. Pantone matching keeps your color consistent from logo to fabric.

Custom Karate Gi FAQ

Do you offer OEM and ODM customization for karate gi?

We offer OEM and ODM customization for karate gi, covering fabric, weight, colors, sizes, fit, logos, and packaging. Whether for kata, kumite, or everyday training, specifications can be tailored to your brand and market requirements. Customization availability and MOQ depend on the design and order quantity.

How much does a custom karate gi cost?

Custom karate gi pricing depends on fabric weight, uniform construction, logo application, order quantity and destination. Crosste prepares a written quotation from your specification; samples can be arranged before bulk production when needed.

What is the minimum order, and can I get a sample first?

MOQ varies by fabric, design, and branding requirements. Samples are available for checking quality before bulk production.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 1–3 weeks after sample approval and order confirmation, depending on quantity and customization.

How do you handle shrinkage?

Shrinkage varies by fabric and finishing process. As a reference, cotton karate gi may shrink around 3–5%, with higher shrinkage possible in untreated fabrics. Polyester-cotton blends generally shrink less. We account for fabric shrinkage during pattern development and offer pre-shrinking options for custom orders. Final shrinkage tolerances are determined through fabric testing.
