Every custom judo gi order is built to your brief. Specify fit, fabric weight, branding method, colors and competition status before we cut.
We make judo gis from youth to adult sizes. Send your size breakdown by quantity and we confirm it in the quotation.
Fabric and weight are set per order—lighter for daily training and warm halls, heavier for durability—then written into the quotation. See our judo gi fabric guide (GSM, weave, sizing) before you decide.
Silk screen, heat transfer, labels, patches and private-label packaging. Embroidery is confirmed at inquiry. State placement (back, sleeve, lapel or pants)—we confirm method and placement on the sample.
Standard judo gi colors are white and blue. Custom colors—including black or grey for club or leisure sets—can be discussed where fabric availability allows; these are not typical competition colors. Color references are confirmed with approved fabric samples before production.
Crosste can manufacture judo gis in line with IJF technical specifications, but we do not currently hold IJF approval or certification for these gis. If your event requires an approved gi, check the organizer's rules before ordering. Our judo mats are built to IJF specifications.

Crosste accommodates different purchasing volumes, from smaller club orders to bulk distribution programs. Share your preferred specifications and estimated quantity, and we will confirm the applicable MOQ.
Judo gi fabric weight is typically measured in grams per square meter (GSM). Lightweight fabrics may offer greater comfort for everyday practice, while heavier constructions are often chosen for their substantial feel and resistance to gripping. However, durability also depends on fabric weave, reinforcement and stitching quality. Explore our judo gi fabric guide for more information on selecting the right material.
